Tickets, RSVP

Please let us know whether you will attend and how many guests you are inviting by submitting the CEE Commencement RSVP Form. You can submit as many times as you need to if details change. Only your last form will count please always include the total guest count each time.

There is a max of 6 guests guaranteed per person. Please understand that this limitation is due to capacity and requirement to follow the Fire Marshal's safety code.

SeatingWe recommend that guests arrive early for the best seats. Doors will open at 11 am, should families choose to arrive early and select their seats. Please note that personal items should not be left on the seats as no security will be available. The department reserves seats in advance only for guests in wheelchairs or who need special access at the CEE ceremony.

For the accommodations at the main Stanford ceremony, please visit the Stanford Commencement website.

Please note that the department does not have access to wheelchairs or golf carts, so these will not be provided at the department's diploma ceremony and reception sites. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation in and around the campus. Stanford Commencement Accessibility

Smoking GuidelinesSmoking is prohibited in outdoor locations where arranged seating (fixed or temporary) is provided for programs or events. Outdoor locations include but are not limited to, the Main Quadrangle, Stanford Stadium, amphitheaters, and courtyards.
Visa LettersInternational students who are eligible to graduate, may request a Confirmation of Commencement 2025 Letter. The letter will be addressed to the eligible graduate and provides Commencement event information that has been confirmed. The eligible student may email to request this confirmation letter at: commencement@stanford.edu.

Commencement is a time of celebration for the accomplishments of our graduates. To honor the spirit and significance of this occasion, any attendee causing disruptions or blocking people’s view and refusing to cooperate may be subject to removal from the venue
