Additional Details for CEE's Commencement Celebration

Tickets, RSVP

Please let us know whether you will attend and how many guests you are inviting by submitting the CEE Commencement RSVP Form. You can submit as many times as you need to if details change. Only your last form will count please always include the total guest count each time.

There is a max of 6 guests guaranteed per person. Please understand that this limitation is due to capacity and requirement to follow the Fire Marshal's safety code.

Seating

We recommend that guests arrive early for the best seats. Doors will open at 11 am, should families choose to arrive early and select their seats. Please note that personal items should not be left on the seats as no security will be available. The department reserves seats in advance only for guests in wheelchairs or who need special access at the CEE ceremony.

Disability Accommodations

Request accessibility assistance here if anyone in your party will require a wheelchair or assistance traveling.

For the accommodations at the main Stanford ceremony, please visit the Stanford Commencement website.

Please note that the department does not have access to wheelchairs or golf carts, so these will not be provided at the department's diploma ceremony and reception sites. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation in and around the campus. Stanford Commencement Accessibility
