After Graduation

Congratulations on Graduating!

  • Your stanford.edu email address will expire 120 days after graduation. If you’d like a Stanford Alumni email address, you must register on the Stanford Alumni Association website

  • Stanford graduates have access to career resources for 5 years through the PlusFive Beam Program

  • All diplomas will be mailed by the Registrar's Office. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date on Axess. (During the June department commencement ceremony, we will hand out diploma covers.)

  • Diplomas can not be picked up on campus.

  • Graduates who cannot attend their departmental ceremonies will have the opportunity to order a diploma cover through the Diploma Request Portal. The cover will be free of charge but the Registar's Office will be assessing shipping fees. More information will be available on the Registrar’s Diploma website.
