Please let us know whether you will attend and how many guests you are inviting by submitting the CEE Commencement RSVP Form. You can submit as many times as you need to if details change. Only your last form will count please always include the total guest count each time.

Requesting Accessibility Assistance
To request accommodations for any Commencement Weekend activities, please complete the Request for Disability-Related Accommodations form by the deadline posted above if anyone in your party will require a wheelchair or assistance traveling. We will not have extra wheelchairs or shuttles.
Diploma Information
- This year the university is only mailing diplomas. Diploma covers with paper inserts will be handed out at department ceremonies, and diplomas will be mailed to students later in June. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date on Axess.
- Graduates who cannot attend their departmental ceremonies will have the opportunity to order a diploma cover through the Diploma Request Portal. The cover will be free of charge but the Registrar's Office will be assessing shipping fees. More information will be available on the Registrar’s Diploma website.
- Diplomas for winter and spring graduates will be ordered within a week of Spring degree conferral and require 6 to 8 weeks for processing and shipping. Students who require their diplomas within a shortened timeline have the option to request expedited shipping. More information on expedited shipping can be found on the Obtaining Your Diploma page on the Registrar’s website.
