Sarah Billington, Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and senior fellow at the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, was reappointed the Milligan Family University Fellow in Undergraduate Education.

Provost Persis Drell announced Thursday that eight faculty members have been appointed or reappointed Bass University Fellows.

The Bass University Fellows in Undergraduate Education Program recognizes faculty, including faculty from the graduate and professional schools, for their exceptional contributions to undergraduate education.

Each Bass Fellow is recognized in a number of ways, including being invited to join the Bass Council of Fellows, which meets twice a year and advises the vice provost for undergraduate education on a variety of issues and initiatives.
